A group of European staff at Tongshan with local Chinese officials. Seated (from left to right) is most probably R.R. Burnett, who left Tongshan in 1882. Next is Chu Yu Chi ( 徐公潤 aka 徐雨之) also aka 徐潤 s: 徐润 Xu Run [see also P27/1] ), in the centre is Tong King-shing (唐景星 aka 唐廷樞 s:唐廷枢Tang Tingshu). 4th from left is Wu Chi Chang ( 吳熾昌 s: 吴炽昌), another co-director of CE&MCo . Standing at rear entre is a young C.W. Kinder and on the right is most lilely J. M. Molesworth, who was a mining engineer. A8/57)
