The map was described the voages of James Cook who is the famous navegador made detailed maps and notes of Newfoundland prior to making three voyages to the Pacific Ocean, during which he achieved the first recorded European contact with the eastern coastline of Australia and the Hawaiian Islands, and the first recorded circumnavigation of New Zealand. James Cook commanded three expeditions routes of 1776 and 1779, he made more discoveries and compiled more charts than any previous explorer of the Pasific area ,includes Japan,Kamchatka, Macao etc In 1779, James Cook was killed when he go to Hawaii and Cook's fleet hoped to discovered the Northwest Passage as before.Finally,Cook's fleet returned England,they passing down the coast of Japan and reached Macao, they stayed in Macao in first week of December and from there followed the East India trade route via Sunda Strait to Cape Town.
